Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy



If you have unwanted habits, or are suffering from depression, fears, stress, phobias, or other health issues, hypnosis and hypnotherapy can be an effective and fast-acting therapeutic tool. It allows you to recognize true desires and goals, imagine them in great depth, and move toward them with clear vision and determination.

How Does It Work?

When you are hypnotized, you enter a deep mental and physical state of relaxation, one in which the conscious mind gives way to the subconscious one. You are then able to imagine yourself as you would like to be and can be ─ free of self-imposed barriers and reaching your ultimate potential.

In this state, your whole being ─ mind and body ─ is incredibly receptive to the power of suggestion, so it responds strongly to the suggestions of abandoning unwanted behaviours and adopting new, more helpful behaviours. My role is to maximize the power of these suggestions and help them take old in your conscious life. In my practice, I have observed many dramatic and lasting transformations as a result of hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
